Margaret S. Hayward Playground at 1016 Laguna has 2 lighted tennis courts. Both are free walk-up courts, first come, first served, with no reservations on rec.us.

Courts and walk-up play
| Court | How to play | Booking |
|---|---|---|
| 1 and 2 | Walk-up, first come, first served | No booking |
There are no reservable courts here, so there is nothing to book on rec.us. Rec & Park’s booking rules and the $5 per court per hour fee apply only to reservable courts elsewhere. See how to book a tennis court.
When you play on an open court, the city’s walk-up rules apply: a 5-minute warm-up, one set (30 minutes if rallying), giving up the court after the set when others are waiting, and taking the next court together for doubles when four players are waiting. More in the walk-up courts guide and court etiquette.
