Potrero Hill Rec Center at 801 Arkansas Street has 2 lighted tennis courts, both reservable on rec.us for $5 per court per hour. Court 1 books 7 days ahead in 90-minute slots with a last start at 7:30pm, and court 2 books 2 days ahead in 60-minute slots.
Where the courts are
Rec.us places the courts north of the recreation center and says to enter via Arkansas Street. Its listing describes the hilltop site as having views toward the Bay Bridge and Oakland. The park also has a playground, a baseball field, a basketball court, a dog play area, picnic tables and barbecue grills, per Rec & Park.
